(Wed) 24 March Please make appointment to confirm the schedule with us Class Size 1 Course fee: HK$15,000/head 25 points earned towards SCA Coffee Diploma Outline: * The science and evaluation of extraction. * Roasted coffee storage variables. * Roasting and its influence on flavour. * Milk science. * Advanced latte art. * Café management. * Advanced Barista Equipment Evaluation. Certification: 4 practical tests and a written exam (pass rate of 80% required). Testing is incorporated into the course time. Certification mandatory requirements: Completion of Barista Skills Intermediate module Location: Coffee Lab Limited Maximum of four people on a course.
