This module is for highly experienced baristas who have completed Intermediate level. Ideal for Head Baristas looking to provide in house training or to start competing at a professional level.

25 points earned towards SCA Coffee Diploma
* The science and evaluation of extraction.
* Roasted coffee storage variables.
* Roasting and its influence on flavour.
* Milk science.
* Advanced latte art.
* Café management.
* Advanced Barista Equipment Evaluation.
4 practical tests and a written exam (pass rate of 80% required).
Testing is incorporated into the course time.
Certification mandatory requirements:
Completion of Barista Skills Intermediate module
Coffee Lab Limited
Maximum of four people on a course.
