Centered in the village of Ana Sora, part of the famous coffee region Guji, the Ana Sora washing station is well-known for its fantastic coffees. Located at an elevation of 1.900 and up to 2.350 meters above sea level the plantations is unique because of its high altitude. This causes slower maturation of the coffee cherries as the temperatures are lower and the cherries have more time to develop, which brings the super unique cup profile you may only find in Ethiopia.
