The ETZINGER Etz-Max (ETZ-I) redefines our perception of coffee grinders with its innovative no-axis design. Traditional grinders rely on a central axis to rotate the burrs, but metal components can have a degree of flexibility. If the coffee beans are too hard, this can lead to misalignment of the axis, resulting in uneven grinding. However, the unique design of the Etz-I secures the burrs to the body and base, eliminating any axis wobble and producing a sweeter flavor.
