WARRANTY
Always read the machine Instruction Menu before you use the machine. Any improper use the machine will void the warranty.
Any use of unauthorised modifications or repairs and any use of non original or non model specific spare parts will void the warranty.
Semi-automatic single group espresso machines & Grinders includes 1 year off site warranty without human negligence.
Semi-automatic two/three groups espresso machines includes 1 year on site warranty without human negligence.
For normal tear & wear off on Coffee Machine &/or Coffee Grinder & electrical parts excluded.
Buyer is responsible for daily cleaning and maintenance of the equipment.
If the equipment breaks down due to the lack of maintenance, Buyer is responsible for full parts and labour charge,
Returns and Refunds
All Orders: No refundable is accepted once the order is completed, except the product is out of stock or damaged by manufactory.
If shipping delivery is used in case of exchanges, courier charges and any additional fees will be borne by customer applicable.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred in the process of shipping items back to us.
