By turning the expansion valve, also in matching midnight blue, the brewing pressure can be adjusted.
You can adjust to your desired temperature via the PID controller, allowing you to extract your espresso at different temperatures. In addition to the shot counter, which shows you the brewing time, you can program the ECO mode and the group cleaning mode CLn via the display.
The external, beautifully designed glass water reservoir allows you to keep an eye on the water level at all times and the flexibility to position it, depending on the space available.
Thanks to its compact design and the practical transport box, you can easily enjoy your espresso anywhere you like with the PURISTIKA.
